The victim was a known 15 year old female, who was his girlfriend. Ellis was 20 years old when he committed this crime. Ellis was convicted of the crime of Rape of a Child 1st degree on 9-1-98 when Ellis was 13 years old he sexually assaulted a known 7 year old male on two occasions.
