| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Department Patrol Division reports that units responded to West St. in reference to a battery that had occurred within the city limits. During the investigation it was found that the victim (which is pregnant) and Charles Foster (her brother) were in an argument at their residence. During the argument Foster grabbed the victim by the hair and threw her to the floor. Foster then pulled her back up to her feet again by the hair. While the victim tried to flee the residence Foster grabbed her arm causing several scratches. The victim did break free and fled to the area of West St and called law enforcement. Contact was made with Foster at 221 Stafford Ave. Foster was taken into custody for aggravated battery and held at the Hernando County Jail under a no bond status. |
