| Narrative: | While on patrol Police officers noticed the defendant CHARLES HERMAN MANER standing at 403 Armstrong St. MANER saw the officers and fled. The officers searched the abandoned property and discovered MANER standing in a shed. Subsequent check of MANER’S name and date of birth revealed the aforementioned warrant. CHARLED HERMAN MANER was arrested and transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. MANER is being held on a $50,000 dollar bond. |
