During this investigation, it was learned that in 1995 Quincy ( age 15) sexually assaulted a known nine year old female. On 06/30/2005 Quincy pled quilty to Child Molestation 1 in Skamania County Superior Court. Quincy (age 17) sexually assaulted a known four year old female on several occasions. Quincy recently released from Monroe Correctional Center, and registered the listed address.
