| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to WalMart in reference to a shoplifter in custody. Loss Prevention advised they had observed the defendant select and conceal cosmetics. She was then observed passing all points of sale and failing to pay for the items. She was stopped as she attempted exited the store and brought to the office. The merchandise was valued at $28.00. A search of the defendants purse revealed a small amount of marijuana and a glass pipe. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail where she is held on $ 1250 bond. |
