Date of birth: Jul 22, 1975
Probable cause affidavit: SUBMITTED BY: LAUGHLIN, JEREMY 0617 (AR10113887) did commit certain acts which are of such a nature as to corrupt the public morals or outrage the sense of public decency or affect the peace and quiet of a person who may witness them, or did engage in brawling or fighting, or in such conduct as to constitute a breach of the peace or disorderly conduct, in that THE DEFENDANT IGNORED REPEATED REQUESTS BY DEPUTY LAUGHLIN TO QUIET DOWN AND NOT BE DISRUPTIVE, in violation of Florida Statute 877.03. ON 032010, AT APPROXIMATELY 0145 HOURS, I WAS DISPATCHED TO 310 POPPY LANE IN REFERENCE TO A SUBJECT BANGING ON THE DOORS AT THE RESIDENCE. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE RESIDENCE, I OBSERVED THE DEFENDANT IN THE PASSENGER SIDE OF A WHITE FOUR DOOR TOYOTA BEARING TAG, G69YDX. AS I MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT, MS CHRISTINE EASTON, DEPUTY MOORE MADE CONTACT WITH THE COMPLAINANT. DEPUTY MOORE WAS ADVISED THAT THE DEFENDANT HAD JUST GONE BACK TO HER VEHICLE. THE COMPLAINANT FILLED OUT A SWORN WRITTEN STATEMENT ADVISING THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS HIS EX GIRLFRIEND, WHO HAD NEVER BEEN INVITED TO THE RESIDENCE AND WAS NOT WELCOME AT THAT TIME. UPON SPEAKING WITH THE DEFENDANT, SHE WAS EXTREMELY INTOXICATED AND WAS VERY BELLIGERENT AND UNCOOPERATIVE. THE DEFENDANT CONTINUED TO BE LOUD, AND WAS SCREAMING AND CUSSING IN THE RESIDENTIAL AREA. SHE WAS ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO QUIET DOWN AND PROVIDE US WITH A POINT OF CONTACT IN ORDER TO RESPOND TO THE RESIDENCE AND TRANSPORT HER AND HER VEHICLE BACK TO BROOKSVILLE, HOWEVER, THE DEFENDANT REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE AND STILL BECAME BELLIGERENT AND EXTREMELY LOUD. AT THAT TIME, AFTER EXHAUSTING ALL EFFORTS TO ASSIST THE DEFENDANT IN RETURNING TO BROOKSVILLE, SHE WAS STILL BELLIGERENT, AT WHICH TIME SHE WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR BREACH OF PEACE. ADVANCED TOWING RESPONDED TO THE SCENE AND TOWED THE DEFENDANT'S VEHICLE AND SHE WAS ALSO TRESPASSED FROM THE RESIDENCE PER THE OWNER'S REQUEST. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE DEFENDANT HAD NO IDEA HOW SHE ARRIVED AT THE RESIDENCE, AND CONTINUALLY STATED THAT SHE COULD DRIVE BACK. THE DEFENDANT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING, WHERE HER BOND WAS SET AT $250.00 PER THE BOND SCHEDULE. *NOT-EXEMPT*
