| Details: | The Offender victimized three young girls ages 11,13 and 7 in three seperate incidents. The first incident occurred in a public swimming area when the Offender swam up to the 11 year old victim and attempted to digitally penetrate her. The second incident involved a 13 year old victim in which the Offender forcefully performed cunnilingus on the victim while she was staying at the same residence. The third incident involved a 7 year old female victime in which the Offender approached the victim in a public library. The Offender pulled the victims pants down and performed cunnilingus before quickly leaving the premises. |
