| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Taylor pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 05/12/2005 to two counts of Third Degree Rape of a Child. He was sentenced to 60 months for each count with the sentences to be served concurrently. These convictions were the result of Taylor sexually assaulting the unknown 15 year old female victim. Taylor introduced himself to the victim at a local business and was given her telephone number. Taylor was also aware that she was 15 years old. Later that same day he contacted her and she went to his house to watch movies. Once there, Taylor provided the victim with alcohol to the point of intoxication. Taylor then sexually assaulted the victim and she was unable to resist due to the level of her intoxication. On 05/12/2005 Taylor was also convicted of two counts of Tampering with a Witness and two counts of Intimidating a Witness. He was sentenced to 43 months in prison for each count of Tampering with a Witness and 75 months in prison for each count of Intimidating a Witness, all to be served concurrent to his sex offense conviction. These convictions were the result of Taylor contacting the victim and witnesses from jail and trying to convince them to not testify against him. Taylor refused to participate in sex offender treatment while in prison. Taylor is no longer on supervision. Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm. |
