| Comments: | In September 1998 a female (aged 40) asked GOODWIN (unknown to her), sitting at a bus stop when the next bus would arrive. When she received no response, she started to walk away. GOODWIN grabbed the woman from behind and threw her to the ground. When the woman began screaming, GOODWIN began punching her, telling her to shut up. When she continued to scream, GOODWIN threatened her with a knife by placing it to her throat and continued to punch her. GOODWIN demanded she remove her clothing. When she pleaded for him to stop he pulled her pants down and raped her. GOODWIN then got up and left. GOODWIN was identified through DNA found on the woman's clothing. In October 1998, a similar incident occurred where GOODWIN grabbed a female from behind while exiting a bus. He told her he would blow her head off and to keep walking and not look back. A police officer in the area observed GOODWIN directing the female to an isolated area of an apartment complex. When GOODWIN noticed the officer he let the female go. After his arrest, he was found to have a knife and a crowbar in his pockets. This resulted in his Robbery 2 conviction. " Probation Conditions Entered |
