| Comments: | According to official documents, when subject Clyde R. PATTERSON was 40 years old, he Kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 19 year old female. The victim and her boyfriend interrupted Patterson as he was burglarizing the female victim's parent's residence. Patterson brandished a handgun and ordered the couple to the floor. Patterson tied up the victims. Patterson took the female into the den and raped her. Patterson stole the male victim's wallet and Patterson locked the male victim in the trunk of a vehicle. Patterson put the victim in a different vehicle's trunk and he also loaded the trunk with stolen items from the home including nine guns. When the victim tried to get out of the trunk, Patterson pointed a gun at her face and told her not to do that again. Patterson then forced the victim to take off her clothing and he forced her to perform fellatio on him. He also repeatedly raped her again. Patterson then dropped off the stolen items at a house. Patterson then parked the vehicle with the victim in the trunk at an apartment complex and told her to wait 10 minute before yelling for help. The victim saw Patterson getting into another vehicle and leave the area. The victim managed to escape by pushing the back seat out of the car and she then contacted the police. Patterson subsequently used the male victim's cash card. Patterson was later arrested and was found guilty by a jury. Patterson was sentenced to 222 months in prison. Patterson continues to deny all of these charges except for the burglary. Patterson refused to participate in the Washington State Department of Corrections Sex Offender Treatment Program. Patterson has an extensive criminal history that includes Robbery 1st degree, Breaking and Entering, Auto Theft (2 counts), Burglary, Burglary 1st degree (3 counts), Burglary 2nd degree (4 counts), Grand Larceny (2 counts), Escape 1st degree, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Concealing Weapons, Possessing Burglary Tools, Possessing a Forged Note, and Receiving Stolen Property.
