| Comments: | According to official documents Hoffman pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court, Juvenile Division on 11/05/1997 to one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree and was sentenced to eight to twelve weeks in custody with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Hoffman sexually assaulting the known four year old male victim on three occasions. Hoffman would isolate the victim and sexually assault him. Hoffman has admitted to sexually assaulting additional juvenile male and female victims for which she was never charged with a crime. In 2001 Hoffman was in custody with JRA for Assault in the Fourth Degree. During this incarceration she had inappropriate sexual contact with a male resident and also made statements that she planned to seek out baby sitting jobs to gain access to additional victims. Hoffman participated in sex offender treatment during both of her incarcerations. Hoffman is not on active supervision at this time and her only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
