| Comments: | According to official documents, Reed was convicted of the crime of Statutory Rape 1st Degree on 9-11-1989 and was given a term of 36 months in prison. The victim in his crime was an unknown 9 year-old male victim. Reed offered his victim ten dollars to have oral sex with him. Afterwards Reed asked the victim to return to the park in two days. The police were contacted and they met Reed in the park and he was arrested. Reed admitted his crime to the police. On July 12, 1991 Reed was also convicted of the crime of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes in July of 1991. Reed was on work release from his first sex crime and fondled an known male while having visits with his family. He was given a term of 1 year in prison.
