THE OBSCENITIES WERE SUCH AS "FUCK YOU NIGGER" AND "WHY DON'T YOU TAKE YOUR GUN AND BADGE OFF SO I CAN TAKE CARE OF YOU". THE DEFENDANT WAS WARNED SEVERAL TIMES TO QUIET DOWN . THE VICTIM WHO WAS THE DEFENDANT'S STEP-MOTHER AND ANOTHER VICTIM REPEATEDLY BEGGED HIM TO QUIET DOWN AND NOT USE THAT KIND OF LANGUAGE. AFTER SEVERAL WARNINGS FROM SERGEANT LANE, I PLACED THE DEFENDANT UNDER ARREST FOR ONE COUNT OF BREACH OF PEACE. THE DEFENDANT WAS HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE LOCKED) BEHIND HIS BACK SECURED IN THE REAR OF MY PATROL VEHICLE AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. THE DEFENDANTS BOND WAS SET AT $250.00 PER THE BOND SCHEDULE.
