| Comments: | According to official documents Peterson pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court, Juvenile Division on 03/27/2007 to one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 15 to 36 weeks with the Washington State Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This sentence was suspended and Peterson was granted a Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative which included 90 days of community service and participation in community based sex offender treatment. Peterson?s SSODA sentence was revoked on 09/26/2007 and he served his original 36 week sentence with JRA. The revocation was due to Peterson?s failure to report sexual behaviors and for supervision violations. This conviction was the result of Peterson sexually assaulting the known eight year old female victim. During a game of Hide-n-Seek Peterson paired up with the victim and they went to a secluded wooded area where Peterson sexually assaulted her. Peterson has also admitted to inappropriate sexual contact with four additional victims, both male and female, ages four to eight years old, for which he was not charged with a crime. Peterson is no longer on supervision. |
