| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Harris pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 08/09/2001 to one count of Indecent Liberties with Forcible Compulsion and was sentenced to 62 months in prison. In this case Harris and two co-defendants contacted a male and the unknown adult female victim who were staying in a motel. There was a drug transaction and the three suspects left the area. They later returned and forced their way into the motel room when the male answered the door. The three suspects tried to rob them and then forced both the victim and the male to remove their clothes to prove they had no money. The victim was then sexually assaulted by the co-defendant and Harris. The third suspect had left the room prior to the sexual assault and when he returned the victim was able to run out of the room and get help. Harris refused to participate in the sex offender treatment program while in prison. Harris is on active supervision for 48 months out of the Everett office of the Department of Corrections (425) 290-3200 and will have the following conditions Do not associate with known users or sellers of illegal drugs. Do not have direct or indirect contact with victim. Do not possess drug paraphernalia. Do not possess or consume alcohol and do not frequent establishments where alcohol is the chief commodity for sale. Do not possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription. Participate in offense related counseling programs. Participate in substance abuse treatment as directed by CCO. Participate in urinalysis, breathalyzer, plethysmograph and polygraph examinations as directed by CCO, to ensure conditions of community custody. Pay the costs of counseling and medical treatment required by victim. Stay out of drug areas, as defined in writing by CCO. Your residence, living arrangements and employment must be approved bo CCO. |
