| Comments: | SHENEFIELD, Damien has recently been released from prison. Shenefield is a Level 3 Registered Sex Offender. In 2001, he was convicted of Rape of a Child 3rd Degree, in Pierce County. According to official documents, Shenefield engaged in sexual contact with a known 14-year-old female on a couple of different occasions. The victim apparently met Shenefield on a teen chat line. The victim eventually ran away from home and was later found to be living at Shenefield's apartment. It was later learned that Shenefield threatened the victim by telling her that if she did not engage in sexual activity with him, he would tell law enforcement that she was doing drugs. In 1999, Shenefield was convicted of Incest 1st Degree. Shenefield, age 12, sexually assaulted a familial female who was approximately 8 years old at the time. Shenefield completed sexual deviancy treatment. He will be supervised by the Department of Corrections for a period of 36 to 48 months. |
