They exited the car with baseball bats and began to hit the victim's car while yelling at the occupants. The car was eventually able to escape by driving off, but they told law enforcement they felt that Chavez used his body to keep them from escaping so he could assault them. This resulted in a conviction for Unlawful Imprisonment. |
