| Comments: | McGARY, Darnell Otis current convictions are from a 1988 Pierce County Cause. In one case he broke into the victim's home at 5:30 a.m. and held a knife to her throat and forced her back into the residence where he sexually assaulted her three to four times. In the second case the victim was home alone and responded to a knock at her door. He told her that her vehicle had rolled out of the driveway. While the victim moved her car back into the driveway, he placed his hands over her mouth telling her not to scream and he wouldn't hurt her. He told her "I just want your VCR and don't look at me." He ordered the victim back into the house stating "Don't run. I have the means to kill you." He forced the victim into the bedroom, removed her clothing, and forced her to perform a sex act. After that he stole $54 and ripped the phone from the wall. In the third case at approximately 3:30 a.m. the victim was awakened by the sound of breaking glass. When she went out to investigate, she noticed a stranger (McGary) standing in her dining room. As she screamed, he ran towards her covering her mouth with his hands. He told this victim to shut up or he would kill her as he had a knife. He forced her to the floor and removed both their clothing and attempted to rape the victim. As the victim struggled, he was unable to continue the sexual assault. He got up, got dressed, stole $35 from the victim, and then reentered the bedroom and fondled her again. He is to have no contact with the victims. While incarcerated he refused treatment and denies his crimes. " Probation Conditions Entered |
