| Comments: | According to official documents Tucker pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court, Juvenile Division on 08/30/2006 to one count of Rape in the Second Degree. He was sentenced to 52 weeks with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Tucker sexually assaulting the known fifteen year old female victim. Tucker invited the victim to his residence to hang out. Once there he physically assaulted her and forced her into his bedroom where he sexually assaulted her. In 2001 at age eleven Tucker was convicted of Assault in the Fourth Degree with a special finding of Sexual Motivation. This conviction was the result of Tucker exposing his penis to the known eleven year old male victim. Tucker has additionally been involved in inappropriate sexual behavior with a known six year old male victim and a known 13 year old female victim for which he was not charged with a crime. Tucker participated in sex offender treatment during this incarceration and was described as making marginal progress in treatment.Tucker participated in community based sex offender treatment after he was released from custody. He is no longer on supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
