The victim in this crime was a known 14 year old female and James was 15 year old at the time of the crime. Upon release from Juvenile parole he had numerous parole violations including having sex with a 12 year old female. James was discharged from supervision on this crime in June of 2000. James was convicted of Rape of a Child in the 3rd degree on June 16, 2005 and was given a term of 41 months in prison. The victim in this crime was a known 17 year old female. James was 23 years old at the time of the crime. James would periodically spend the night at the residence of the victim and sexually assaulted her several times of a year's time. While in prison he attended Sex Offender treatment and completed treatment in August of 2007.
