| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Bauer pled guilty to the crimes of Rape of a Child in the 1st degree and was given a term of 120 months in prison. Bauer between January of 1992 and 1994 sexually assaulted an known victim who was a male between 7-9 years of age when the crime took place. In 1979 Bauer was given a 60 month deferred sentence and 60 months of probation. The victim in this crime was a 13 year old male. Bauer was 23 years old at the time. The victim was a runaway and Bauer offered the victim and his friend food and money and invited them to spend the night at Bauer's residence. Bauer supplied the boys with alcohol. Bauer entered the bedroom where the 13 year old victim was sleeping and sexually assaulted him. While in prison, Bauer completed sex offender treatment. Shall have no contact with minors. Shall have no direct or indirect contact with any victim. Shall not date women or form relationships with families who have children. Shall not enter bars, taverns or lounges. Shall not enter parsk, playgrounds or school yards. Shall not frequent establishments that promote bikini, or lingerie barista stands. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm. Shall not resie with anyone who is a parent/legal guardian of minor children. Shall not use, possess or consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors. |
