| Description: | Oakdale Police are looking for CHITURAS on chargings of attempted rape,assault with intent to commit rape, stalking, and burglary. In the early morning hours of Thursday 7-25-13 Chituras was at the door of a former girlfriend when she arrived home from work. It appears Chituras had been stalking her. They struggled at the doorway and the woman was able to get past him and into her home then lock the door. Chituras entered the home via a kitchen window. Another struggle ensued and Chituras tried to unbutton the victim's shorts. The victim fought back and yelled for help. Chituras's actions and comments made by him lead us to believe he was going to rape the victim but he fled on foot, probably because of the victim's fighting and yelling for help. A neighbor arrived to help the victim but Chituras had already fled. Chituras's home address is in Modesto.
