| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Kaulitzke pled guilty to the crime of Burglary in the 1st degree with sexual motivation and was given a term of 51 months in prison on 9-7-2007. Kaulitzke was found sitting on a couch in the victim's home and stated Oh I'm in the wrong house. The victim who was 18 years old discovered that he purse had been emptied and that the victim's wallet was missing. A 18 inch kitchen knife was located under the cushion of the couch that Kaulitzke was sitting on after he fled the home. Kaulitzke was located a short time later and admitted that he took the knife from the kitchen with the intend to scare his victim. Kaulitzke admitted that he was going to force his victim into having intercourse with him. Kaulitzke was also convicted of the crime of Communication with a Minor on 12-7-2001. Kaulitzke forced intercourse on this known 16 year old female while another subject held her down. Kaulitzke pled guilty to this crime and was given a term of 90 days in jail. While in prison Kaulitzke completed the sex offender program in July of 2010. Kaulitzke is on supervision for Life with the Department of Corrections. Everett Office 425-290-3200. Shall enter into and complete Phase III sex offender treatment while in the community. Shall have no contact with minors. Shall have no contact, direct or indirect with any victim. Shall not access the internet or email by electronic devices. Shall not consume controlled substance except pursuant to lawfully issued prescriptions. Shall not date women, nor form relationships with families who have minor children. Shall not engage in a romantic relationship without first disclosing that he is a sex offender and the nature of his crime. Shall not enter bars, taverns, lounges or casinos. Shall not enter or remain in internet or telephone chat rooms and shall not access the internet without approval of his Corrections Officer. Shall not enter sex related business to include X-Rated movies Shall not frequent Bikini or Lingerie Barista Coffee Stands. Shall not possess or peruse pornographic materials. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm or deadly weapon. Shall not remain overnight in a residence where minor children live or are spending the night. Shall not use, possess, purchase or consume alcohol Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors. Submit to polygraph examination as required. |
