SUBMITTED BY: HOLLOWAY, CHRISTOPHER 0696 (AR11123540) DID, KNOWING HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE OR DRIVING PRIVILEGE HAD BEEN CANCELLED, SUSPENDED OR REVOKED, DRIVE A MOTOR VEHICLE UPON THE HIGHWAYS OF THIS STATE WHILE SUCH LICENSE OR PRIVILEGE WAS CANCELLED (KNOWINGLY), IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 322.34(2). ON 111311, I WAS PERFORMING PATROL DUTIES IN INVERNESS, AT WHICH TIME, I VISUALLY WATCHED THE SUSPECT, MR DAVID LOZENSKY, TURN RIGHT AT A RED LIGHT, THAT IS VISUALLY MARKED BY SIGN "NO RIGHT TURN ON RED LIGHT", AT THE INTERSECTION OF APOPKA AND MAIN STREET. I THEN PERFORMED A TRAFFIC STOP, AT WHICH TIME, MR LOZENSKY PULLED IN to the PARKING LOT OF CITRUS PLAZA. UPON RUNNING HIS INFORMATION, HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE STATUS HAD BEEN SUSPENDED SINCE MARCH OF THIS YEAR, WHICH HE WAS ALSO CITED FOR IN ANOTHER COUNTY. HE WAS THEN PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED - KNOWINGLY. THE DEFENDANT WAS GIVEN A WRITTEN WARNING NUMBER 340319B, FOR THE TRAFFIC VIOLATION OF TURNING RIGHT AT A RED LIGHT, AND WRITTEN A CRIMINAL CITATION NUMBER 5385GQF6, FOR DWLS, WITH A MANDATORY COURT DATE OF 120111, AT 1300 HOURS. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH VEHICLE OWNER, WHO IS SUPPOSE TO MEET ME WITH THIS DEPUTY AT LATER TIME, AT CITRUS PLAZA TO PICK UP HER VEHICLE. THE DEFENDANT WAS HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE LOCKED) AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $500.00 PER THE BOND SCHEDULE.
