According to official documents DAVID R MESFORD was convicted in Snohomish County Superior Court in 1993 of Attempted Residential Burglary with Sexual Motivation. Also in 1993 MESFORD pled guilty to Public Indecency and 2 counts of Lewd Conduct. MESFORD has a history of exposing in Snohomish and King County from 1992 to 2013. His latest exposure incident is from a Seattle Police Department case where MESFORD again exposed himself. Seattle Police responded to a location where the 911 caller reported a male was naked standing on the sidewalk near the Jack in the Box. The female caller reported the naked male approached her vehicle as she pulled into the parking lot. The female had small kids in the vehicle who were shocked to see a naked man walking towards their vehicle. The male was reported as driving away from the location in a GMC Yukon. Seattle Police located the vehicle and driving was MESFORD. He was wearing a t-shirt and nothing else. He had thrown another t-shirt over his groin area. During a police interview MESFORD admitted to the exposure. He was convicted in 2014. Also in 2014 MESFORD was convicted of 2 counts of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes in King County. MESFORD has attended treatment and is currently seeing a certified treatment provider. DAVIS R MESFORD is currently under WA DOC Supervision.
