| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to Walmart in reference to a shoplifter who was running from the store. Loss Prevention advised they had observed the defendant select and conceal kitchen knives. He was then observed passing all points of sale and failing to pay for the items. When Loss Prevention attempted to stop the defendant, he ran into the parking lot. He was eventually apprehended and the merchandise was recovered. A records check revealed that he is also on felony probation and was charged accordingly. He was transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is held without bond. |
