THE VICTIM REPORTED ON 012810 THAT SHE HAD DISCOVERED HER BICYCLE STOLEN AT THE END OF HER SHIFT ON 012010, AND THAT ON 012710 SHE HAD discovered IT AT NEAL'S PAWN SHOP IN HOMOSASSA. THIS DEPUTY MADE CONTACT WITH NEAL'S PAWN SHOP, AND WAS SHOWN A PAWN TICKET, NUMBER Q19498,WHICH SHOWED THAT THE DEFENDANT HAD SOLD NEAL'S PAWN SHOP THE VICTIM BICYCLE FOR $25.00 ON 012110, AT 1025 HOURS. NEAL'S PAWN OWNER STATED THAT THE DEFENDANT HAD STATED THAT HE HAD WON IT IN A POKER GAME. THE VICTIM ADVISED THIS DEPUTY THAT THE SUSPECT, DAVID PORT, HAD BEEN IN THE SALOON BAR IN HOMOSASSA ON THE 012010, WHICH IS THE NIGHT HER BICYCLE WAS STOLEN. THE VICTIM FURTHER ADVISED THIS DEPUTY THAT SHE HAD PURCHASED HER BICYCLE BRAND NEW ON 122409. I THEN MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT WHO STATED TO ME THAT HE HAD FOUND THE BICYCLE AS HE WAS WALKING ON A TRAIL LEADING FROM BRADSHAW TOWARDS YULEE. THE DEFENDANT STATED THAT HE THEN TOOK THE BICYCLE TO NEAL'S PAWN SHOP, WHERE HE SOLD IT FOR $25.00. AT THAT TIME, AFTER READING THE DEFEND HIS MIRANDA RIGHTS, I ASKED THE DEFENDANT ABOUT HIS STATEMENT HE MADE AT NEAL'S PAWN SHOP. THE DEFENDANT ADVISED THAT HE HAD TOLD NEAL'S PAWN SHOP THAT HE HAD WON THE BICYCLE IN A POKER GAME SO THAT THEY WOULD ACCEPT IT. AT THAT TIME THE DEFENDANT WAS ARRESTED, HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE LOCKED) BEHIND HIS BACK AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING.
