| Comments: | In 1996, David Warren was convicted of Rape of a Child 3rd Degree, Child Molestation 3rd Degree, and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and Possession of Depictions of a Minor Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct all in Pierce County. According to official file documents, Warren sexually assaulted a known female neighbor (age 14). The victim and other similar age females were at Warren's home to celebrate Warren's 56th birthday. Warren provided alcohol to the victim and friends. The following day a second female victim reported she was sexually assaulted by Warren a year prior when she was 15 years old. Information provided by the two victims led to a search warrant. Law Enforcement located hidden video cameras and a sophisticated wiring system throughout the home. Also located were significant amounts of sexually explicit materials including video tapes. The videos depicted what appeared to be many intoxicated juvenile females under the age of 16 inside Warren''s home. The evidence located inside Warren''s home led to many other juvenile female victims. Warren did not participate in a Sex Offender Treatment Program while he was incarcerated.
