| Comments: | Marion County, OR #14C40360: Counts I-III: Promoting Prostitution: According to Official Documents, on 01/14/14, Salem police were viewing Backpage.com for potential prostitution activities occurring within the city of Salem, OR. The detective discovered two advertisements he knew to be advertising for prostitution and that both had similar language, which led the detective to believe they were traveling together.The detective then sent a text message to one of the women with the intention of soliciting sexual services. The detective and another officer then went to the prostitute's room to talk.Shortly after, Baker (age 30) and two other females (ages 22 and 24) were stopped in the parking lot of the Super 8 Motel. Eventually one of the women admitted that Baker was their pimp, at which time two of the women and Baker were arrested. Baker committed these offenses while he was out on bail under a Snohomish County Cause. SNOHOMISH COUNTY,WA Count II: Rape of a Child III (Index Cluster) According to the Supplemental Affidavit of Probable Cause, on 10/29/14, a detective interviewed the above victim's aunt in regards to her past relationship with Baker. She stated she met Baker (age 19) when she was 13 years old and shortly thereafter they became involved in a romantic relationship. At age 15, she became pregnant by Baker, but lost the baby due to a miscarriage. 2014 SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA Child Molestation II According to official documents BAKER (age28) sexually assaulted a known 13 year old female. 2001 SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA Assault 4 with Sexual Motivation BAKER pled guilty and was sentenced to 40 months and 34 months in prison. BAKER (age 17) intentionally assau;ted a female by touching her bacand neck area for the purpose of his sexual gratification without the female's permission.
