The victim in his crime was a known 5 year-old female. The victim's Mother met Kolsky because he managed the apartment complex where the victim and her family lived. Kolsky babysat the victim while the mother was away from her apartment and Kolsky touched the victim over and under her clothing in the victim's private area while having his clothes off. The victim disclosed what had taken place and the victim's mother contacted the police. Kolsky was contacted by the police and denied the crime. While in prison Kolsky refused treatment. A jury of his peers found him guilty of the crime. Kolsky was released from prison on 2-7-2006. He is no longer on supervision.
