In May 2012, SANDOVAL was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child after an incident in Dallas County involving a 14-year-old female. He subsequently was sentenced to two years in TDCJ prison. Since being discharged from TDCJ prison in 2013, SANDOVAL has been arrested multiple times in Freestone and Leon counties for Forgery. On May 1, 2015, the Freestone County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for SANDOVAL's arrest for Bond Forfeiture (Original Offense: Forgery). On May 24, he was arrested in Freestone County for Criminal Trespass but escaped from custody while being transported to the Freestone County Jail. The Freestone County Sheriff's Office subsequently issued a warrant for his arrest for Escape While Arrested/Confined. On May 28, 2015, the Leon County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
