When the victim opened the door, Suspect #2 grabbed him and forced him down onto the couch in the living room. Suspect #1 helped hold the victim down. Suspect #2 stabbed the victim several times, and then slashed the victim's throat. Both suspects put victim in a vehicle and drove him to Goettingen & Woolsey Streets, where they left him.
