| Capture details: | On September 16, 2014, Derek ELMORE, a fugitive on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list, was taken into custody without incident following a traffic stop in DeLeon, Texas. He was taken into custody by Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division (CID) and the Texas Rangers, along with members of the US Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. In 2009, Derek ELMORE was convicted of Online Solicitation of a Minor from an incident in Hamilton County involving a girl under the age of 14. He received 10 years' probation. In 2011, ELMORE violated his probation and was sentenced to TDCJ prison. He was released from TDCJ in February 2013. In April 2014, ELMORE failed to report his address to parole officers and had absconded.
