| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to the above listed residence in reference to a disturbance. After making contact with the residents it was determined that an altercation between the defendant and her live in boyfriend had taken place. An argument over a text message had escalated resulting in the defendant battering the victim. The victim’s minor injuries did not require medical attention. The defendant was determined to be the primary aggressor in the altercation and was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Hernando County Jail where she is held without bond. |
