| Narrative: | On the above date and time, officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to 829 Stubbs Street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers observed Dieuniphere Delcy in the front yard bleeding from her hands. She was intoxicated and yelling profanities. Rescue responded and treated Delcy for her injuries. After being treated, Delcy continued to yell and scream despite officers orders to cease. She was then detained. Officers made contact with the homeowner who advised Delcy was fighting with her (Delcy’s) boyfriend in her home. When she told her to leave, she became agitated and broke the front door glass of her home, injuring her hands. The homeowner’s boyfriend tried to stop Delcy but she battered him. Contact was made with the homeowner’s boyfriend who signed a waiver of prosecution. Officers then transported Delcy to the Hernando County Jail. Upon arriving at the jail, Delcy continued to be belligerent and jail personnel had to assist in removing her from the car because she refused to exit when the officer told her. Delcy told the officer and jail personnel that her name was Jennifer Delcy. Officers later determined her name was Dieuniphere Delcy. She was charged with Providing a False Name to LEO, Disorderly Intoxication, Criminal Mischief, and Resisting Without Violence. She is being held on $2000.00 bond. Delcy’s boyfriend, who she was fighting with, could not be located. |
