Narrative: The Brooksville Police Patrol Division report that units responded to an traffic accident at the intersection of U.S 41 and Wiscon Rd. During the investigation contact was made with Raymond Dickinson who was involved in the accident. Dickinson had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage omitting from his person. Dickinson was also having a hard time keeping his balance while walking and his speech was slurred. During a DUI investigation Dickinson failed roadside field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for DUI. While at the jail Dickinson refused to submit to a legal test of his breath. Dickinson was arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a breath test (second offense). He was held at the Hernando County Jail under a $1,000.00 total bond.
