| Narrative: | Brooksville Police were dispatched to Armstrong Street reference a black male threatening a black female with a knife. Upon arrival officers made contact with the victim who was standing at the dead end of Armstrong St. The victim stated that the defendant ANTHONY WILLIAMS came out of the woods/ditch yelling and threatening to cut her. WILLIAMS fled the scene as officers arrived and was taken into custody without incident on S. Brooksville Ave and Duke St. When located WILLIAMS did have a knife in his possession and appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. WILLIAMS was transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. WILLIAMS is being held on a $5,000 bond. |
