| Commentaries: | Comments According to Official documents, Blystone pled guilty to Three (3) Counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree on 3-01-2001 in Snohomish County Surerior Court. Blystone was given a term of 130 months in prison with credit for time served while awaiting sentencing. The crimes took place between August of 1996 and June of 1999. The victim's were between the age of 4 to 8 years old and all females. Blystone during one of his crimes had taken two children to the bus stop for school and allowed the victim to stay home. He then sexually this 8 year old female who had been left at the residence with Bylstone and the regular babysitter failed to show up to babysit. Blystone did not attend any treatment while in prison. Blystone is being supervised by the Marysville Office of the Department of Corrections for 36 months. 360-658-2150 . Shall not enter parks, playgrounds or school yards and must remain 880 feet away from any park, school or playground. Shall not possess or peruse pornographic materials. Shall not remain overnight in aesidence where minor children live or are spending the night. Shall not reside with anyone who is a parent/legal guardian of minor children. Shall not seek employment or volunteer positions which places him in contact or control over minor children. Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors. Shall submit to polygraph and breathhalyzer as requested by his Community Corrections Officer. |
