| Comments: | SCHNEIDER, Donald Victor In 1982, Schneider was convicted of Rape 2nd Degree, in Pierce County. According to official documents, Schnieder (age 23) sexually assaulted an unknown 14-year-old female. Schneider noticed the victim walking home late at night and approached her. The victim attempted to defend herself with a knife; however, Schneider took the knife and struck her in the head, knocking her to the ground. He continued to strike the victim repeatedly and when she screamed for help, Schneider threatened to kill her. He then sexually assaulted the victim. Schneider served ten years in prison for this offense.
