Investigation found that DONALD SNEED who was a passenger in the vehicle had become angry at the victim, while she was driving the vehicle. He tore the rearview mirror off the windshield and pulled the radio from the dash, then grabbed and twisted the victim’s wrist causing redness and pain. It was found that DONALD SNEED and the victim have lived together for 18 months. DONALD SNEED was placed under arrest and transported to Hernando County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Violence Battery and held with NO BOND. |
