| Comments: | In 1982, Subject STARK was convicted of one count of Indecent Liberties. STARK then 22 years of age admitted to sexually assaulting 4 minor males ages between the ages 7 to 9. Prior to the sexual assaults, STARK groomed the kids with gifts for about 24 months. He was sentenced to 72 months to 120 months until his parole on 05/13/88. In 1989, STARK was convicted of Parole Violation, Attempted Child Rape in the first degree and Attempted Child Molest in the first degree. STARK was released from prison on parole for about 2 months when he committed these offenses. STARK sexually assaulted 2 males, ages 4 and 6 both known to him. In 1997, STARK released from prison and 87 days later was arrested for parole violations. In 1998, STARK was transferred to the Special Commitment Center (SCC) for possible civil commitment due to a recent overt act (the parole violations which included contact with minors). In 2000, STARK was found to meet the criteria of a Sexually Violent Predator and civilly committed to the Special Commitment Center (SCC). STARK is currently under community supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections. Due to his sexual criminal history STARK has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender.
