He was sentenced to 17 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Vandover exposing his penis to the known six year old female victim. Vandover was the manager of an apartment complex where the victim lived. The victim would go to Vandover?s apartment and watch cartoons. Vandover had asked to see her privates and on another occasion exposed his penis to her while teasing and tickling her. Vandover pled guilty in Clallam County Superior Court on 10/20/1995 to one count of Rape of a Child in the Third Degree, one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Cocaine, and one count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. This conviction was the result of Vandover sexually assaulting the known 14 year old female victim for a period of about one year. He provided her with money and controlled substances in exchange for performing sexual acts. Vandover was sentenced to 60 months in prison. Vandover has not participated in any sex offender treatment due to being found non amenable to treatment as he has denied all of his offenses. Vandover is no longer on supervision. |
