Commentaries: Comments According to official documents Vickers pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 10/22/2003 to one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 68 months in prison. This sentence was suspended and Vickers was granted a Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative where he served six months in county jail and then participated in community based sex offender treatment. This conviction was the result of Vickers sexually assaulting the known nine year old female victim. Vickers continued to sexually assault this victim for a period of two years until she was 11 years old when she disclosed to a relative that she was being sexually assaulted. On 01/05/2005 Vickers SSOSA was revoked and he was ordered to serve his original prison sentence. This revocation was due to Vickers being terminated from community based sex offender treatment as he had been found to be non-amenable to sex offender treatment. Additionally Vickers has admitted to other offending behavior for which he was not charged with a crime that included sexual assaults and peeping dating back to when he was a teenager. The age range of these victims is from five years old to adult.
