| Comments: | According to official documents, in 1992 when subject Dwight THOMAS was 24 years old, he sexually assaulted a known 25 year old female. The victim was going into an apartment when she was grabbed from behind by THOMAS and then she was forced into the apartment. THOMAS choked the victim, ripped her shirt, and told her he was going to have sex with her. When THOMAS allowed the victim to use the bathroom, she tried to escape through a window. THOMAS grabbed the victim and threatened to kill her. THOMAS dragged the victim to a couch where he choked her until she was unconscious. When the victim regained consciousness, she was shaking and quivering. THOMAS choked and hit the victim until she took off her clothing. THOMAS then raped the victim. For this incident, THOMAS was convicted of Rape in the 3rd Degree. THOMAS was found to be non-amenable to treatment due to denial of his crime and refusing to participate in sex offender treatment. THOMAS is under supervision by the Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC).
