| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Branger was found guilty by stipulated trial on March 1, 2012 of the Crime of Communication With a Minor for Immoral Purposes. He was given a term of 30 days in jail that are to be served on weekends.The victim in this crime met Branger through a Classmate. The victim and several other boys were invited to spend the night at the Branger's residence by a family member. At one point in the evening, Branger started pantsing the boys, pulling down their pants and underware. Branger exposed himself to the boys during that time. Branger also would supply the boys with alcohol and marijuanna, having a shed in the yard where the boys would meet him.Branger also would touch the boys. In 2005 Branger was convicted of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes in which Branger supplied alcohol to the minors and exposed him self to the minors. In June of 1988 Branger was arrested by the Long Beach, California Police Department for exposing himself to an undercover in a public restroom. He was charged with Lewd Conduct, but was allowed to plea guilty to Offensive words in public place. Branger has over 20 years of sexual history.
