| Comments: | According to official doucments, Cooke was convicted by jury trial and given a prison term of 78 months in prison on 8-21-1995 for the crimes of Assault 2nd, Rape 2nd and Unlawful Imprisonment. The victim who was an adult was with Cooke at a residence when Cooke became upset with the victim and assaulted her causing her to have a broken arm and leg. The victim began seeing Cooke again after this assault and on 11-12-1994 he got into an argument. A Physical assault began in the car and Cooke took the victim to his home. Once in the home the victim was told to take off her clothing and refused. Cooke removed her clothing aand sexually assaulted her. The victim was made to stay in the bedroom and not leave the home. Cooke is an untreated sex offender as he was found non-amenable to treatment. Cooke is no longer on supervision and his only requirement is to register. |
