| Comments: | According to official documents in 1993 Edward A. FINNEY sexually assaulted an unknown 39 year old female. FINNEY entered a room in a residential Treatment Program House. The adult female victim awoke to find a stranger, later identified as FINNEY, holding a knife to her neck. She said that FINNEY forcibly raped her while holding the knife to her neck and threatened to kill her if she made any noise. FINNEY quickly left the room when the victim's roommates discovered FINNEY in the room. FINNEY was convicted of Sexual Assault in the 1st Degree and Assault in the 3rd Degree and sentenced to 25 years in prison. FINNEY was released by the State of Alaska in March of 2010 and transferred his supervision to the State of Washington. FINNEY will be on parole supervision until 08/01/2018.
