| Comments: | According to official documents Leidig pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division on 11/26/2003 to one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 103 to 129 weeks in the custody of the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Leidig Sexually assaulting the known four year old female victim. On 02/27/2004 Leidig was convicted in Thurston County Superior Court Juvenile Division of one count of Custodial Assault with a special finding of Sexual Motivation. He was sentenced to 15 to 36 weeks in the custody of the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Leidig fondling the buttocks of an adult female staff member while in custody at Maple Lane School. Leidig did not successfully participate in the sex offender treatment program, in part due to continued significant behavioral problems. Leidig was released on his 21st birthday and therefore has no conditions of supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
