| Comments: | According to official documents Vincent was found guilty on 01/02/2007 in the Family Court First Circuit State of Hawaii of one count of Sexual Assault in the First Degree and two counts of Sexual Assault in the Third Degree. He was sentenced to one year in the custody of the Office of Youth Services. This conviction was the result of Vincent sexually assaulting the unknown 13 and 14 year old female victims. Vincent was at a elementary school playground with friends. He forced one victim to sit on his lap and she was able to break free as he sexually assaulted her. Vincent then grabbed the other victim, forced her to sit on his lap and sexually assaulted her. His cell phone rang and she was able to get away. Vincent completed sex offender treatment while in custody. Vincent is not on supervisoin at this time and his only requirement it to register as a sex offender. |
