| Comments: | CRANDELL, Eric Dwayne was charged with indecent liberties with force when he grabbed a 17 year-old female by her breasts and genital area outside of her clothes. Both suspect and victim were attending a training program in Yakima., WA. In King County Crandell was charged with rape 2nd when he forced his 11 year-old relative to engage in sexual contact. Crandell also offended against another six year-old relative when he forced her to engage in sexual contact. Crandell offended against another relative age eight and forced her into sexual contact. During treatment, Crandell disclosed two additional hands-on victims, ages eight and ten when he was 13 years-old. The staff felt he failed to give an honest sexual history. He also actively participated in individual sex offender treatment and began family counseling. Crandell's risk assessment level put him in the Level III notification category and is a high risk to re- offend. Crandell's risk assessment level put him in the Level III notification category and is a high risk to re-offend. CROFTON, Clayton Bernard In 1990, CROFTON was convicted of Rape in the Second Degree. CROFTON had a casual relationship to the adult female victim. She had taken him to his home because he was intoxicated and she felt sorry for him. They arrived at the residence and he invited her inside his residence. Once inside the residence, CROFTON began forcing himself on the victim. She attempted to resist and he became even more aggressive towards her. He threatened to hurt her if she continued to resist him. CROFTON then brutally raped and sodomized the victim. At one point, CROFTON handcuffed the victim and sexually tortured her, including biting her on the neck and breasts. CROFTON eventually fell asleep and the victim was able to escape and report the incident. CROFTON was sentenced to a 120-month prison term for this incident. CROFTON has also been convicted of failing to register as a sex offender. He does not have any other known criminal record. |
